Effective Date: April 29, 2026
This agreement is between ArcaniDesigns (“Designer”) and the client (“Client”).
Scope of Work
The Designer agrees to provide website design and development services as outlined and agreed upon with the Client prior to the start of the project. Any additional work outside of the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Project Timeline
Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity and the Client’s responsiveness in providing content, feedback, and approvals.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication or content delivery may impact the project timeline.
Payments
A deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as otherwise agreed. Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.
Revisions
The project includes a reasonable number of revisions as discussed prior to the start of the project. Additional revisions beyond this may be subject to additional fees.
Ownership
Upon full payment, the Client will receive ownership of the final website deliverables. ArcaniDesigns retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio.
Third-Party Services
The Client is responsible for any third-party costs such as hosting, domain registration, plugins, or subscriptions unless otherwise agreed upon.
No Guarantees
While the Designer aims to create effective and high-quality websites, no guarantees are made regarding specific results, including traffic, leads, or revenue.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project at any time. Any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly, and deposits are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
ArcaniDesigns shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or services provided.
Acceptance
By proceeding with the project and submitting payment, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
