Access provided by a Client is used for purposes reasonably related to the services authorized by that Client.

Where supported by the applicable platform, Clients are encouraged to provide separate administrator, manager, collaborator, or user access rather than sharing their primary account credentials.

ArcaniDesigns uses or may use Google reCAPTCHA to help detect and prevent spam, fraud, automated activity, and abuse.

ArcaniDesigns does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not operate as a data broker.

Based on ArcaniDesigns’ current website configuration, ArcaniDesigns does not intentionally use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising on behalf of third parties.

Some privacy laws use specialized definitions of terms such as “sell” or “share.” Where an applicable law provides an opt-out right and applies to ArcaniDesigns, ArcaniDesigns will handle qualifying requests as required by that law.

California Privacy

California residents may have privacy rights under applicable California privacy laws.

The rights available depend upon the particular statute and whether that statute applies to ArcaniDesigns and the applicable processing activity.

Where applicable, California privacy rights may include rights concerning access, correction, deletion, and certain uses or disclosures of personal information.

ArcaniDesigns will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.

This Privacy Policy does not represent that ArcaniDesigns currently meets the statutory thresholds making every provision of the California Consumer Privacy Act applicable. The CCPA applies only to businesses meeting specified statutory requirements; California’s current revenue threshold is $26.625 million, or one of the law’s alternative data/revenue thresholds must be met.

Do Not Track

Some browsers provide a traditional Do Not Track (“DNT”) signal.

There is no single universal technical standard governing how every website and service interprets traditional DNT signals. ArcaniDesigns therefore may not respond uniformly to every traditional DNT signal.

California requires qualifying website privacy policies to disclose how the operator responds to DNT or similar mechanisms and whether third parties may collect information through the website.

Global Privacy Control

Some browsers or extensions transmit a Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal indicating that the user wishes to opt out of certain sale or sharing of personal information.

Where ArcaniDesigns is legally required to recognize such a signal, ArcaniDesigns will seek to honor the signal through its applicable privacy and consent-management configuration.

California requires covered businesses engaged in applicable sale or sharing activity to honor qualifying GPC signals as an opt-out request.

Third-Party Websites

The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, scheduling systems, business platforms, social networks, payment services, or other external resources.

ArcaniDesigns does not control the independent privacy, security, content, or data practices of third parties.

When you leave the ArcaniDesigns website or independently interact with another provider, that provider’s terms and privacy practices may apply.

International Processing

Some service providers used by ArcaniDesigns may operate systems or process information in the United States or other countries.

As a result, information may be processed in jurisdictions with privacy or data-protection laws different from those applicable where you live.

Children

ArcaniDesigns provides services primarily to businesses and the website is not directed toward children under 13.

ArcaniDesigns does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.

If ArcaniDesigns learns that personal information from a child under 13 was collected without appropriate authorization, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it where required.
